You might be wondering what my payoff is. I worked hard, put time and effort in order to accomplish my goals, and now I am here, continuing to work hard, in order to accomplish what I want. But this week has been exhilarating, to say the least. The endless opportunities I have received through working in ISM and the possibilities of expressing myself through my TedTalk and so on have provided me with so much in the future. ISM is a blessing, and this past interview made me realize so much about the future. The latest interview with Ms. Tariq has provided me with new insight into what my goals are ahead in my life and has also given me valuable knowledge of if this career is a career for me. I am grateful for the chances ISM has given me to explore different fields, invest in different skills, and learn more about what I truly love. All of this hard work has finally paid off. All of my progress has had a payoff. With what I have done now, I can take a rest and stay proud. But my moment is not over yet, I still have a lot more to do for this year. I need to staple the fact that I am capable of being one of the best business analysts. I need to assure myself that I am prepared for what the future holds for me and that I can accomplish all of my work and develop my understanding to be the best business analyst. The hard work had finally paid off, but there is still a lot more progression that I must work towards. In order to secure myself as not a good business analyst, but a great business analyst.
