The Independent Study and Mentorship (ISM) program is a course focusing on providing students with first-hand experiences in the fields they are passionate about in the future, by allowing them to be mentored by an experienced professional. In addition, ISM provides students with the necessary skills that will aid them in the future, including professional speaking, conducting interviews, and work ethic.
