With all the difficult courses that I signed up for, interviews I have obtained and learned from, and people that I have connected with, this week has given me the perfect opportunity to escape reality and enter my own realm of imagination. The imagination of what my future will hold, what my life will be like, and where I will take myself sooner than later. It gives me something that I can be excited about but at the same time something that I am nervous about. There are going to be many challenges in the long run, but for now, I can learn how to control the stress from all my extracurriculars and give myself a week to take a break. A much-needed break. Although there might not be much I have gained this week to better myself in the future, the most important thing about working hard is to take breaks when necessary. This week was just that. Nothing excited was to be shared, nothing new that I learned had been obtained this week. Instead, it was a brief week or rejuvenation, giving me the chance to learn more about myself personally and to give myself the well-needed rest. Although this week was the time for resting, the upcoming weeks will not be the same. I will continue to apply the same effort I have previously in order to accomplish the goals that I have set myself up for. Throughout the upcoming weeks, the decision as to who my mentor will be and the learning process with them will be discovered, but for the time being, I have had the opportunity to escape reality and enjoy myself to the fullest. Because this will not last, so I will enjoy it to the fullest. Sooner or later, I will be up and running, working towards my goals, striving to be one of the best business analysts.
